Ercol 365 Windsor Quaker Chair.
This is a Blue Label Original dating it's manufacture between 1954-1976.
The chair has had its old, thick, varnish removed to reveal the beautiful grain of the wood beneath, the wood is now silky soft to touch. The seat is Elm and the spindles and curved backs are beech. This chair is in great condition, all the joints are solid. The wood has been refinished in 3 coats of Osmo oil. There is a very small crack line on the top of the curved back, this is barely noticeable (see photos) and is purely superficial.
